Woodbridge Closes Integrated Marketing Solutions Deal

New Haven, Connecticut – January 18, 2007 – Woodbridge, LLC., a leading middle market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the purchase of Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. (IMS) by Marketing Communication (US), Inc., based in North Mankato, MN. Woodbridge acted as advisor to IMS in the transaction.

IMS is a lead generation firm that delivers buyer tours to resort and vacation clubs throughout North America, with a focus on the timeshare market. Marketing Communication offers a wide range of marketing services to its clients, including booking buyer tours for overnight timeshare visits.
