IT/CRM Administrator

A key role supporting our business development and client marketing efforts, this position is responsible for the administration of our CRM System – Salesforce, file server, phone system, coordinating with marketing on business development campaigns, the launch of all marketing material for each client, and providing company-wide reporting and metrics. You must be motivated, process-driven, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and love teamwork while being able to work independently as well.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Perform CRM Admin duties and coordinate with a Cape Town CRM team
Assisting with the marketing launch of Woodbridge Clients
Uploading data and campaigns into Salesforce
Creating reports and email templates in Salesforce
Maintaining clean data within Salesforce
Assisting with systems analysis and design
Report on company KPIs
Create workflows
Problem-solving IT issues
Overseeing cloud file server and VOIP phone system

Requirements:

1-3 Years of IT or CRM Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in IT, MIS or Marketing
Excels at system analysis and problem-solving
Dedicated, detail-oriented, fast-paced, analytical, team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment
Good communicator

Knowledge of:

Software: CRM System – Salesforce preferred
Email Automation Systems – Campaign Monitor preferred, Egnyte, eSign Genie, Vonage Phone System
SaaS knowledge, MS Office
