Chelsea Manoek is an Associate in Woodbridge’s Cape Town Closing team, where she plays a key role in guiding transactions from agreement to close with precision and professionalism. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has contributed across business development, marketing, and deal execution — giving her a holistic perspective on the M&A process.

 A graduate of the University of Cape Town with an Honours in Business Science, Finance and Economics, Chelsea is a registered broker holding FINRA Series 79 and Securities Industry Essentials qualifications. She is passionate about problem-solving, building trusted relationships, and delivering outcomes that create lasting value for clients.

 Driven by continuous growth, Chelsea plans to pursue either the CFA designation or an MBA to deepen her expertise. Outside of work, you can find her summiting a mountain, on the golf course, at the beach, or enjoying wine and cheese at a local farm with friends and family.
