As a member of the Closing Team, Daniel plays a pivotal role in guiding client campaigns through the final stages of the deal process. He evaluates bids, negotiates letters of intent, facilitates due diligence, and ensures a smooth path to a successful closing.
With a strong foundation in accounting, sharp strategic decision-making skills, and an in-depth understanding of cash flow valuation, Daniel brings a data-driven, results-oriented approach to every transaction. His ability to communicate effectively and navigate complex deal structures makes him an invaluable asset to clients.
Before joining Woodbridge, Daniel was Vice President at Mariner Capital Advisors, where he earned his CFA Charter and honed his expertise in financial analysis and M&A strategy.
Daniel holds Series 79 and 63 licenses and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Truman State University.
