As a member of the Closing Team, Jack supports the closing phase of the process in evaluating bids, managing communications, negotiating with interested parties, facilitating due diligence, and ultimately working toward a successful outcome for our clients.

Jack has worked in investment banking for three years, having worked through every stage of the sell-side M&A process across multiple industries. Additionally, Jack has engaged in professional business valuations for transactions, financial reporting, and tax reporting. Prior to his work in M&A, Jack worked for several years in commercial credit underwriting for asset-based lending.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Missouri State University. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities, LLC.
