Kyle Richard

National Managing Director

As National Managing Director, Kyle Richard is responsible for the firm’s leadership and vision, steering it in the path of growth. Kyle oversees all of Woodbridge’s deals and personally leads the firm’s world-class Closer Team to achieve exceptional results for our clients while efficiently driving deals to a timely closing. His comprehensive background and depth of experience in both investment banking and accounting allow him to provide guidance on practical solutions to complex deal issues.

When he first joined Woodbridge in 2017, Kyle built out its Underwriting department. His talent was soon recognized, and he became the firm’s youngest partner. In addition to leading the Closer Team, Kyle then took on administrative responsibilities, including the firm’s legal and financial affairs.

Kyle Richard is a member of the CT River Chapter of YPO, a global young chief executive community. He holds FINRA licenses 79, 63, & 24 through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities LLC. Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an Accredited in Business Valuation Designation (ABV), and earned his accounting degree from the University of Connecticut.
