Liane is responsible for running client campaigns during the closing phase, evaluating bids and LOIs, and driving the process through due diligence to close. Liane supports and helps her clients navigate through every step of the closing process.

Representative transactions include: Innovative Dehumidifier Systems, The Hope House, Lightstyles, SteelCorp and Tuscan Imports.

Liane is an MBA candidate at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer.
