Liane is responsible for running client campaigns during the closing phase, evaluating bids and LOIs, and driving the process through due diligence to close. Liane supports and helps her clients navigate through every step of the closing process.

Representative transactions include: Innovative Dehumidifier Systems, The Hope House, Lightstyles, SteelCorp and Tuscan Imports.

Liane, a licensed investment banker (FINRA series 79), has an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer.
