Meggan began her career in Human Resources working for a major telecoms company in South Africa. She gained extensive experience in various Human Resource functions but notably in assessments and leadership development during these years. After this she provided generalist human resource support spanning various industries ranging from consulting firms, hospitality, finance, investment, tech start-ups and professional firms. Her niche experience over the last 25 years afforded her the opportunity to assist CEO’s in growing entities from small business to medium size business and larger through harnessing best practice in managing human resources and structures. Meggan holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
