Memory Sethuoa serve as a Vice President of Financial Analysis of Mariner Investment Bank with a focus on leading financial analysis efforts, developing insights into business performance, and helping position companies effectively for market.

Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager and Manager in Financial Analysis. Through the roles, she has developed deep expertise in assessing business performance, identifying key value drivers, and supporting the development of compelling investment narratives that resonate with potential buyers. She also oversees the preparation of key marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memoranda and Teasers, ensuring that each opportunity is clearly and compellingly presented to the market.

Prior to joining Woodbridge, Memory built a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting at SNG Grant Thornton, where she managed audit engagements, led teams, and worked across a range of industries. Her experience includes financial analysis, risk assessment, compliance with IFRS and other regulatory frameworks, and enhancing internal controls to improve operational efficiency.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria.

With a background spanning both audit and M&A, Memory brings a well-rounded perspective to transactions. She is particularly focused on translating complex financial information into clear, strategic insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving value for clients throughout the deal process.
