Morgan joined Woodbridge International’s Cape Town based closing team in May 2022. As a part of the Closing Team, Morgan supports the deal from IOI to close by facilitating the auction process and advising clients through due diligence. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Morgan had been working in the South African mid-market M&A industry since January 2020 in a similar capacity. Morgan graduated from Stellenbosch University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree, as well as an Cum Laude Honours degree in Economics.
