Neil Dennis

Neil Dennis serves as a Managing Director on the Investment Banking leadership team at Mariner, where he oversees new business development efforts and pre-client engagement. In this role, Neil leads efforts to articulate the Mariner Investment Banking difference and value proposition; including helping business owners navigate complex questions relating to business valuation, optimal timing, and pre-sale planning. Neil also oversees business appraisal valuation services at Mariner. Neil is known for his ability to connect with business owners on a personal level and help bridge the qualitative and quantitative factors inherent in a company sale. Neil began his career with Mariner on the Closer team, leveraging decades of transaction experience to help business owners.

Earlier in his career, Neil spent more than 10 years at Allianz SE, where he oversaw Mergers and Acquisitions developing broad strategic initiatives for sourcing and deal execution. Part of his experience included two years in Munich, Germany where Neil oversaw multiple large international transactions during 2008 to 2010.

Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Philosophy from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Neil holds FINRA licenses 79 & 63 through Mariner’s wholly owned broker-dealers, WG Securities, LLC and MSEC, LLC .
