He oversees the firm’s team of investment bankers and team of financial analysts, leading transaction execution and guiding highly technical negotiations to successful outcomes. Patrick brings deep expertise in transaction structuring, financial modeling, and accounting analysis, combining disciplined financial insight with strategic leadership.

He has advised hundreds of clients across complex transactions, navigating high-stakes environments with precision and a results-driven approach. Patrick holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University and maintains FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses. He is known for his analytical rigor, leadership, and commitment to delivering superior client results.
