Simba joined Woodbridge International’s Cape Town based office in November 2020. He has previous experience in sell-side M&A in South African transactions. Simba carries a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance and an Honors in Eco Analysis of Financial Markets from the University of Cape Town. Simba has his SIE and Series 79 designation and is positioned as Co-Closer with Pat Laliberte on the Closing team.

Simba Zingoni holds FINRA license 79 through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities, LLC.
