Simba joined Woodbridge International’s Cape Town based office in November 2020. He has previous experience in sell-side M&A in South African transactions. Simba carries a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance and an Honors in Eco Analysis of Financial Markets from the University of Cape Town. Simba is positioned as a Vice President of Closing, while being the Team Lead for the Cape Town bankers.

Simba has executed on 35+ transactions and has his FINRA licenses for the Series 79 and 63 all through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities, LLC.
