As a member of the Closing Team, Tyler helps manage client campaigns during the closing phase by evaluating bids, negotiating letters of intent, facilitating due diligence, and navigating the process to a successful outcome.

Tyler brings a diverse background to Woodbridge with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and underwriting. He has led and executed M&A advisory engagements across diverse industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and construction, providing strategic guidance and delivering successful outcomes for clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Kansas. Tyler holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses through Woodbridge International’s wholly owned broker-dealer, WG Securities, LLC.
