New Haven, Connecticut – September 14, 2010 – Woodbridge has extended its reach to the M&A marketplace in China with the addition of Susan Zhang as Director, Woodbridge China.

Ms. Zhang is a native Mandarin speaker who previously worked as an investment banking professional in the mergers and acquisitions areas of HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities.

In addition to Woodbridge’s U.S. locations throughout the country, the firm also serves clients from its offices in Mexico, Brazil and Canada – and markets clients to India, South Korea and Japan.

Woodbridge is delighted to be expanding its international footprint to China – the world’s second largest economy.

Ms. Zhang holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (Anhui). She is a CFA Level III candidate and Series 7 & 63 certified.

Woodbridge, LLC., an international M&A firm, was founded in 1993 to provide divestiture and acquisition services to middle market companies.
