Woodbridge, a leading international middle-market M&A firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Susan Zhang to Vice President. Susan will serve as dealmaker on a range of mandates involving domestic and cross-border transactions with a particular focus on the Energy sector.
Ms. Zhang is a native Mandarin speaker who previously worked in the investment banking areas of HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities. She holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (Anhui).
