New Haven, Connecticut – June 19, 2012 – Woodbridge International is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of its client, APLUS Products, LLC to Diversified Electronics.
APLUS Products, LLC, based in Englewood, Colorado, designs, sources and distributes electronic components and custom assemblies and specializes in LED and LCD technology, interconnection cable assemblies, printed circuit assemblies and injection molding solutions. From its locations in the U.S. and Asia, APLUS supplies OEMs with component sourcing, design assistance, contract manufacturing services, warehousing and delivery.
Headquartered in California, Diversified Electronics is a contract manufacturer with operations in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. Diversified has expertise in Medical, Aerospace/Military, and Telecommunications product manufacturing from components and board assemblies to complete systems.
Tom Kastner, Senior M&A Advisor at Woodbridge who managed the deal, said “APLUS Products will expand Diversified Electronics’ product line and capabilities. Diversified was looking to handle imports and third-party products, so APLUS is a key strategic addition to their current product line.”
