Woodbridge International Closes Sale of Meiners Electric to Leadec Group

Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Meiners Electric by Leadec Group.

Meiners Electric is an electrical contractor headquartered in Louisville, KY, and has been in business since 1974. The company provides maintenance services, low and high voltage work and designs build electrical work. Meiners Electric employs over 100 people who serve their customers in the automotive, parcel, and food and beverage industries.
