Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Aero Mist, Inc. by Crown Capital Investments.
Founded in 2001, and headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Aero Mist is the largest supplier of misting systems and accessories for residential, commercial or industrial applications. Aero Mist, is recognized for setting the standard for excellence in the industry. In 2008, Aero Mist was proud to announce the new, innovative, adjustable Portable Misting Tower. The tower is constructed with a lightweight, anodized aluminum frame, a stainless steel mist bar and connects either to a garden hose or a PSI misting pump.
