Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Monster Transmission, LLC by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, LLC.
Based in Brooksville, Florida and founded in 2003, Monster Transmission remanufactures and distributes custom performance transmissions and torque convertors. Monster Transmission sells direct-to-consumer across the United States and is a leader in its core niche of Ford, Dodge, and General Motors pickup trucks.
