The firm’s new location enables the firm to better serve its Southeast-based clients and is headed up by Ernest Z. Bower, senior vice president at Woodbridge. Mr. Bower is an experienced M&A professional with decades of deal making and business consulting experience.
Prior to his affiliation with the Woodbridge, Mr. Bower was the founder and a principal of The Bower Group, a strategic consulting and M&A firm. He has broad experience in both domestic and international deal making, advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
