Woodbridge International Closes Strategic Building Solutions-FirstService Deal

Woodbridge International, a leading middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a controlling interest in its client, Strategic Building Solutions (SBS) by Colliers International (“Colliers”), a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (FSRV) (FSV.TO).

Headquartered in Madison, Connecticut, SBS is one of the leading project management firms in the Northeast. The company, which will rebrand to “Colliers International” immediately, expands Colliers' existing project management capabilities and adds best-in-class energy sustainability management, commissioning and retro-commissioning expertise. Founded in 1996, SBS currently manages $1 billion worth of projects and 10 million gross square feet of LEED(R) registered space within their commissioning and energy services group.
