Woodbridge International Closes Sale of Napa Valley Wine Train

September 15, 2015

Woodbridge International, a global middle–market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client Napa Valley Wine Train by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd., a collection of luxury hotels and resorts, and Brooks Street, a California–based real estate development and investment company.

Traveling on the original rail line built in 1864, the Napa Valley Wine Train offers a 36mile round–trip journey from Napa to St. Helena through beautiful Wine Country vineyards and past famous and historic wineries. Onboard guests experience one of Napa’s most distinctive fine–dining restaurants and enjoy multiple course meals while traveling in a museum-quality antique train.

Pat Colee, Noble House founder and chairman of the board, said of the deal, “As Noble House continues to expand our Northern California offerings, the Napa Valley Wine Train is the perfect addition to showcase our multifaceted service culture.”

Brooks Street is a California-based real estate development and investment company, specializing in seeking out unique opportunities in premier locations where creativity and repurposing creates value in local communities.

Woodbridge International is delighted to have successfully completed this transaction by finding the ideal buyers for Napa Valley Wine Train.
