Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to welcome M. Sean Quasem to its team of investment bankers. Based in the Los Angeles, Sean is an accomplished banker with decades of successful middle-market M&A experience. He will be heading up Woodbridge’s new office in Southern California.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Sean served as Partner and Director at several M&A advisory firms. In addition, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities at D.A. Davidson & Co./McGladrey where, most recently, he served as Vice President, Investment Banking. Sean has closed dozens of deals involving construction-related businesses, both domestic and cross-border and has also completed transactions in many other industries. Earlier in his career, Sean worked as a Senior Engineer at Earth Tech/AECOM, a large engineering and construction firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of California Irvine.
