Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the sale of its client (“the Company”), a leading regional supplier of packaging solutions to a strategic buyer who is a national supplier in the packaging industry.
The Company sells over 10,000 items, including shipping boxes, custom printed boxes, protective packaging products, shipping room and janitorial supplies, as well as state-of-the-art packaging machines and equipment.
Woodbridge, A Mariner Company is now simply Mariner.
