Woodbridge International Promotes Bryan Wallace to Managing Director/Head of Negotiation & Closing

Woodbridge International is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Wallace as the firm’s new Managing Director and Head of Negotiation & Closing. Bryan will be responsible for the leadership of Woodbridge’s closing division. In this capacity, he will report to CEO & Founder Robert Koenig and will become a member of the Executive Committee, where he will work closely with Partners Marni Connelly and Kyle Richard.

In his new role, Bryan will oversee the firm’s U.S. and Canadian M&A efforts, manage the firm’s transaction strategy, as well as the overall training and development of staff.

Since joining Woodbridge in March 2018, Bryan has been recognized for his creativity and tenacity in supporting clients. He has also been instrumental to the success of a number of the firm’s notable transactions.

Prior to joining Woodbridge, Bryan served as COO for The Jones Companies, having been promoted from VP, Partnerships, Strategy & Corporate Development. Previously, Bryan executed transactions across a range of industries for BMO Capital Markets, working from offices in New York and Chicago. Earlier in his career, he worked as an analyst at Bank of New York and Putnam Lovell NBF. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Colorado at Boulder.
