Woodbridge, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, and a Mariner company is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Hunter Displays, by EK Group, multi-regional manufacturing platform focused on point-of-purchase (POP) displays and custom metal fabrication.
As part of the transaction, Hunter Displays will merge with Bridge Metal Industries, an existing EK Group company, to expand EK’s New York operations and deliver a more comprehensive, integrated, and customer-centric platform serving the display and custom metal fabrication sectors.
Hunter Displays, located in East Patchogue, New York is a leading manufacturer of metal point-of-purchase (POP) display units for brand owners, advertising and promotional agencies, and store owners looking for cost-efficient ways to boost product sales. The Company offers collaborative designs, metal fabrication, finishing, and shipping, giving customers a seamless experience with a single point of contact during complex projects.
