Woodbridge International in partnership with EuroDev Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of Munich-based Halltech Gmbh by A&A Manufacturing Company, Inc., a portfolio company of Boston-based Audax Private Equity.
Woodbridge’s client, A&A Manufacturing Company, Inc., based in New Berlin, Wisconsin is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered and customized protective systems. These include accordion bellows and way covers, which are used to safeguard components, equipment, and people. End-markets include mobile equipment, automation, machine tools, transportation and medical equipment.
Halltech Gmbh is a leading German company producing and selling slideway protection, such as protective bellows, way wipers, roll-up covers, aluminum link aprons and telescopic-springs (spiral springs).
Hiren Mankodi, managing director at Audax Private Equity, said “this acquisition is a great opportunity for A&A to broaden their geographic presence in Europe.”
Woodbridge, A Mariner Company is now simply Mariner.
