New Haven, CONNECTICUT – December 5, 2005 – Woodbridge, LLC., a leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firm serving both sellers and buyers, welcomes Larry Reinharz as the firm’s new Senior Vice President and partner. Mr. Reinharz will be based in the firm’s new office in White Plains, New York. He will spearhead Woodbridge’s new business development activities, as well as serve as dealmaker and financing advisor.
“Larry’s energy, integrity and enthusiasm are contagious and will help to propel Woodbridge to reach its goal of becoming , national M&A firm focused on the lower middle market,” said Woodbridge president Robert M. Koenig.
Mr. Reinharz worked in commercial finance for 15 years prior to joining Woodbridge with JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. He later founded Deane Advisors, a commercial financing firm and Woodbridge’s financing affiliate. He has completed over $500 million in commercial financings for hundreds of small and mid-size companies. He holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 licenses, and a B.A. in political science and economics from Manhattanville College.
Mr. Reinharz is eager to apply his talents to realizing the firm’s ambitious growth strategy already underway: “I’ve never been more excited about a professional opportunity. Woodbridge’s market potential is enormous,” he said.
