Surplus Group Inc, located in Dallas, Texas buys and sells new and used surplus water-cooled chillers, air-cooled chillers and cooling towers used in HVAC and industrial process applications. The company sells both to the domestic U.S. market and exports to Mexico, Canada, Asia, Central and South America.
ICS Distribution, LLC (dba Critical Rental Solutions) located in Houston, Texas is a compressed, oil-free air rental provider to end users in refinery, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, plastics and other industrial settings.
It is owned by LKCM Headwater Investments, LLC, a Texas based private equity firm.
