Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, LandCare Associates, Inc. by Outdoor Living Supply.
LandCare Associates, based in Madbury, New Hampshire was founded in 1984 by Daniel Gordon as a property maintenance and landscape services provider. In 1991, the Company made the move into distribution and, in 2015, purchased a second store, Stratham Hill Stone, establishing itself as northern New England’s largest dealer of natural stone and hardscape products.
